LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Contract Manufacturing Senior Manager to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead robust business processes and maintain strong relationships with external contract manufacturing sites.
- Manage budgets, contracts, financial performance, forecasting and capacity planning with CMOs.
- Monitor contract site performance, lead site operating reviews and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and PDCA.
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation and close-out.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of product and technology transfer activities to contract manufacturing sites.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and site issues, escalating key issues to senior management where required.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- 8+ years' experience within protein, API, Drug Substance, Drug Product or packaging manufacturing, with strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory and validation principles.
- 5+ years' experience working with external manufacturing partners and/or leading cross-functional teams, with 3+ years' experience across ACM, CMQ or a comparable contract manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years' project management experience leading multi-functional and multi-location teams, with strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
