Operations Start-Up Scheduler/Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage integrated operational readiness schedules in collaboration with project managers
- Create and maintain detailed project controls tools including schedule reports and performance updates
- Coordinate schedule scope for process qualification, water runs, engineering, validation, and site start-up activities
- Ensure equipment and workflow interdependencies, resource requirements, durations, and sequences are accurately reflected
- Integrate GFD schedule with Operations Readiness schedule alongside project control teams
- Monitor, adjust, and optimise schedules continuously for accuracy and robustness
- Liaise with project stakeholders and site management to provide regular schedule updates
- Produce schedule reports contributing to performance metrics and reporting
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6: expertise in creating, updating, and maintaining complex schedules
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project: adept at schedule development and management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect clearly with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret project scope and translate into precise scheduling activities
- Experience working within life sciences or regulated environments is advantageous
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Proven track record with 3+ years of scheduling in project management or operations readiness roles
- Background in life sciences, engineering, or similar technical disciplines
- Familiarity with site start-up activities and process validation is a plus
