LSC have a great contract opportunity for a System Owner Engineer to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specialises in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.
If you have 5+ years of experience working in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with experience in automated visual inspection or high-speed inspection systems, and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as System Owner for high-speed automated syringe inspection systems.
* Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, Annex 1 and data integrity requirements.
* Own system performance metrics including false reject rates, detection capability and OEE performance.
* Support inspection recipe development and optimisation.
* Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for inspection failures.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related discipline).
* 5+ years' experience within biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Experience with automated visual inspection (AVI), vision systems and/or high-speed packaging or inspection lines.
