LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Senior Associate - Data Analytics to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in technical teams in the development, deployment and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics.
- Translate complex business processes into production level code.
- Work alongside software engineers to translate algorithms into viable products meeting business requirements.
- Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain AI/ML and generative AI solutions, including model validation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Work with data engineers on data quality assessment, data cleansing and data analytics.
- Generate reports, annotated code, and other projects artifacts to document, archive, and communicate your work and outcomes.
- Perform data verification and scenario testing of developed solutions ensuring business requirements are met.
- Explore emerging and alternate technologies to support digital solution advancement.
- Support code level troubleshooting activities.
- Work with IS teams/resolver groups.
- Share and discuss findings with team members practicing SAFe Agile delivery model.
- Ensure AI/ML/Digital solution development complies with GxP and other regulatory standards, fostering a strong Quality culture.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Experience with advanced statistical/analytical techniques and machine learning algorithms for structured and unstructured data.
- Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Current knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and frameworks, with experience building and operationalizing predictive, machine learning, and generative AI models.
- High proficiency in programming languages, with emphasis on SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Spark and Databricks.
