Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project controls, particularly with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or science & technology project workflows
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including scientists and engineers
- Knowledge of document control standards and change management processes
- Skilled in facilitation, including pull planning and structured project meetings
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting complex projects within manufacturing, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience with quality systems and compliance standards in regulated industries
