LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Business Excellence & Transformation Manager to join a biopharmaceutical company in Dublin focused on serving patients with severe and ultra-rare disorders through the innovation, development and commercialisation of life-transforming therapeutic products.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise operational processes.
- Lead value stream mapping and structured problem-solving activities to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Support the deployment of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and standardised ways of working across the organisation.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, using data and insights to drive improvements.
- Lead and support business excellence, strategic improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Coach cross-functional teams to build continuous improvement and operational excellence capabilities.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or a similar role, preferably within a GxP environment.
- Strong experience with Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, structured problem-solving and process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma certification desirable, with Black Belt preferred.
