LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Lead to join a leading biotech company based in Ringaskiddy, Cork.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead mechanical construction delivery across piping, HVAC, utilities, equipment installation, testing and turnover.
- Lead engineering and design activities in collaboration with design houses, contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate contractors and manage interfaces with live plant operations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, RAMS, permits and site procedures.
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity and contractor performance, escalating risks and implementing recovery actions where required.
- Support material readiness, change control, technical queries, walkdowns and punch closure.
- Support commissioning, turnover and final project handover.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Significant mechanical construction/project delivery experience within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, testing, commissioning and turnover.
- Degree, trade qualification or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management or a related discipline, with proven experience leading contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
