LSC have a great contract opportunity for a PMO Manager to join a Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that can help patients overcome serious diseases and improve their quality of life.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure and manage effective business governance processes to support the day-to-day business performance.
- Ensure site strategy, objectives, and key projects in the portfolio (including updates) are clearly communicated across to the organisation.
- Ensure processes are aligned with Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO standards and integrated with other relevant site and GPS business process.
- Ensure all executed projects and programs are aligned with the site strategic plan and adhere to all of the defined processes and meet the required standards for planning and execution.
- Develop integrated, detailed plans for executing the PMO portfolio, including capture and prioritization of programs, assigning of resources and setting of key milestones.
- Lead overall program governance and reporting to key stakeholders, Leadership teams and the Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO team.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelors degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business administration is required.
- A qualification in project and program management is required.
- Extensive experience working within the Biopharma/ Pharma manufacturing and supply environment.
