LSC have a great contract opportunity for a C&Q Engineer to join a global Biopharmaceutical company in Carlow.

If you have a Bachelors Degree or higher preferred; ideally in a Science, Engineering or other Technical discipline and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!

ABOUT THE PROJECT – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Use the Carlow Project Engineering Group (CPEG) & Global Engineering Solutions (GES) roadmaps, as appropriate, to support efficient project execution.
o Required to comply with company Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.
o Review & approve all C&Q documentation in support project execution. Documentation includes, C&Q Execution strategies & plans, System Level Impact Assessment (CLIA), Turnover Packs (TOP), Component Level Impact Assessment (SLIA) System Test Plans (STP), commissioning protocols and qualification protocols
o Ensure projects are adhering to the C&Q process as defined in company Quality system, guidelines, procedures and C&Q execution strategies & plans
o Provide technical support into exceptions including reviewing & approving investigations.

ABOUT YOU – ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
o Considerable experience and critical skills in their area of expertise that add value to the business; ideally in a manufacturing, preferably GMP setting
TECHNICAL:
o Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and International Codes, Standards and Practices
o Knowledge of cGMP
o Equipment and process validation
o Sterile filling processes and equipment
o Laboratory Quality Systems
