LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Readiness Lead to join a Limerick based Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with next-gen manufacturing technologies, advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will result in safety and quality improvements, increased productivity, and variability reduction.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With input from all cross functional stakeholders, identify all the relevant pre manufacturing program elements necessary to be in place to support overall facility operational readiness
- Work with the project team and site functional representatives to develop an integrated start up plan reflective of key linkages, interdependencies, durations, resource requirements etc.
- Be a key interface point between the project and end users to ensure the right priorities are communicated & understood across multiple stakeholders
- Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan.
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure clear scope alignment and resulting goals and timelines for the project are met.
- Facilitate decision making within the team under tight deadlines.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Relevant Third Level Qualification (Hons Degree minimum), preferably in a Scientific or Engineering field.
- >5 years relevant industry experience in high paced working environments.
- Relevant experience of working on large scale capital project deliveries is highly desirable
