LSC have a great contract opportunity for a CQV Engineer with expertise in grey utilities, including HVAC and related systems, to join an exciting project phase in multi-national biotech company based in Limerick. ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a CQV Engineer focusing on Grey Utilities, you will play a pivotal role in executing commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for vital utility systems such as HVAC, water, compressed air, and steam within a pharmaceutical setting. Your expertise will ensure these systems meet stringent regulatory standards, cGMP requirements, and operational needs to support successful project delivery.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in CQV or validation roles, specifically for grey utility systems
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, chilled water, and cooling towers
- Strong track record preparing and executing CQV documents: URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Familiarity with P&ID review, installation documentation, and system validation protocols
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and contractors
