LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Business Analyst with prior experience in Digital Integration/Transformation, to join an exciting project phase in multi-national biotech company based in Limerick. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully implemented across systems.
Site presence required, at least 3 days per week.
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Business Analyst (BA) plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with digital and data solutions.
- This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully implemented across systems.
- The BA supports the assigned Digital Integrator (DI) with requirements writing and process mapping, and reports directly to the Digital Ops Associate Director as part of the operational delivery core of DOT.
- Where assigned, a BA may also hold a named, horizontal Product Owner accountability for a specific platform
- This is an ongoing accountability for that platform, not limited to individual project phases.
- Site presence required, at least 3 days a week.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis, Digital Integration, or a similar hybrid role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and digital delivery methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Visio, and data visualisation platforms.
- 5 years prior expereince ideally within a GMP or Multinational company.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accountability across multiple systems.
