LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Cork.
Our client specializes in the manufacture of small molecule API in three production facilities onsite, one of which is sterile.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide engineering support to both maintenance and equipment owners in your area of expertise.
- Ensure maintenance program is appropriate for reliable operation of equipment.
- Provide training to Maintenance personnel on new equipment, methods & techniques.
- Follow up on issues identified by equipment owner or via the maintenance Preventative Maintenance program.
- Support the implementation of all engineering and plant strategic initiatives.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Minimum BEng in Mechanical preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role in a regulated environment.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience of application of Lean principles is an advantage
- Mechanical or Utilities background desired
