You will be working in a site that supplies active ingredients through complex chemical synthesis and biotechnology manufacturing processes for a range of therapeutics.
Senior Associate / Lead- Supply Chain
Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain through effective Material Requirements Planning processes. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory levels meet business requirements while minimizing excess stock and managing risk. By proactively engaging in cross-functional collaboration and leading process improvements, you will influence decisions and strategies across multiple disciplines to enhance supply chain performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
- Data analytics skills for making data-driven decisions
- Vendor management experience
- Proven experience with SAP and MRP in a complex environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to proactively engage in scenario planning and risk analysis
Nice to Have Skills:
- New product introduction experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Level 8 third level qualification with 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Relevant qualification in purchasing/supply chain
- Previous experience influencing key decisions to optimize supply chain performance
Other Requirements:
- Strong cross-functional engagement skills
- Ability to work under minimal direction
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to lead process improvements and drive innovation
