ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Project Manager has accountability for leading a cross functional team in conjunction with the technical lead to support projects such as: New Product Introduction, Product Technical Transfers, Large Productivity Initiatives, or deployment of new technology.
- Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan.
- Partnering with the technical lead to ensure all goals and timelines are met.
- Effectively communicating and managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively managing issues, proposing and implementing plans to resolve issues.
- Identify, propose, and support solutions for improvements within Business Processes and technical changes as appropriate. Utilise PM and/or six sigma methodologies as needed.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Qualification in an Engineering or Scientific field (process chemistry or chemical engineering preferably) with demonstrated experience of complex technical project delivery.
- Previous experience in the delivery of technical projects in a pharmaceutical environment.
- New product introduction experience is preferable.
