LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Senior HVAC Engineer to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead for Root Cause Assessments, investigations, deviations for any operational issues related to the Systems owned throughout the lifecycle to delivery to end-user.
- Liaison with CQV and QA on execution of FATs, SATs, IOQ and PQ protocols and with EHS on Safety and Environmental issues
- Being the site contact (SME Subject Matter Expert) for all aspects of the delivered HVAC equipment, within the works of new equipment install boundary. This includes balancing, certification and recertification, stability, exhausting of VHP cycles and all airflow performance aspects of the source AHUs and Isolator envelope.
- Rolling out training on systems for which the candidate is the designated SME / System Owner
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
- Expert in the design, sizing, testing & balancing, installation, commissioning of HVAC and Isolator HVAC systems preferably in the Pharmaceutical or BioTechnology industries.
- Minimum 3+ years in a GMP environment.
