ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of all downstream process steps in the MS&T labs, including column chromatography, UF/DF and filtration.
- Design of experimental approaches to address manufacturing challenges.
- Support of upstream MS&T labs with bioreactor sampling and data collection.
- Support of process analyics MS&T labs with execution of specific analytical assays.
- Engagement with site safety and training programs to ensure compliance with metrics.
- Support troubleshooting of manufacturing process-related events and evaluate new process technologies using scale-down models.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Degree in Biological or Chemical Sciences/Engineering preferred, with at least 1 year direct lab experience working in the downstream space.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Ability to identify scientific/operational gaps and propose solutions.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and effective in a team environment.
