LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager to join a leading biotech company based in in Ringaskiddy, Cork.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and scope.
- Assess, prioritise and coordinate IT project requests in alignment with business objectives.
- Gather and document business requirements, define technical solutions and estimate project costs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Oversee systems and application development projects, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates and escalate issues where necessary.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.
- Support successful system implementation, testing, deployment and handover.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Minimum 5 years' project management experience, including responsibility for budgets, schedules, risks and issues.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing systems and application development projects.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience producing technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
