LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Manager to join a top 10 Pharmaceutical company based in Tipperary. The site supports the complete pharmaceutical small molecule process for Phase III clinical to product release and market support. On site processes include API manufacture, formulation, OSD tableting, packaging and global logistics & distribution. The facility takes in raw chemicals and ships finished medicines to end users. This site has grown from an API site to a strategically important campus that supports critical stages of the company's drug lifecycle.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the overall execution of assigned projects or identified segments of major projects including Ballydine managed Global Engineering Solutions projects.
- Leads the Project Team comprising of external consultant engineering design and construction personnel and internal cross functional team members.
- Manages projects through MSD's Capital Management Process and MSD's Project Delivery Roadmap.
- Responsibility for and oversight of the preparation of individual project Basis of Design documents, Cost Estimates and Schedules, and presentation for approval by appropriate plant or divisional management, ensuring that capital installations are delivered in a cost effective manner that meet Safety, Environmental, GMP and Financial requirements.
- Responsibility for completion of project detailed design, equipment specifications, functional requirement specifications and formulates project execution strategy.
- Responsibility and oversight of Preparation and approval of contract documents for individual project disciplines including Architectural/Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical/Instrumentation. Selects competent contractors to complete installation
