LSC have a great contract opportunity for a People Development Professional to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the delivery of Dignity and Respect in Action program for the site.
  • Own, deliver and further develop our internal L&D programme content
  • Support and deliver Global Leadership Development Programmes.
  • Own site metrics for People Development with a keen eye on business impact and ROI.
  • Deliver and provide feedback on selected psychometric assessments at individual and team level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:
  • Professional qualification in organisational psychology/training or learning and development is essential, with manufacturing experience.
  • Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent
  • Preference for qualified Coach and psychometric qualification, particularly Insights
