- Responsible for the delivery of Dignity and Respect in Action program for the site.
- Own, deliver and further develop our internal L&D programme content
- Support and deliver Global Leadership Development Programmes.
- Own site metrics for People Development with a keen eye on business impact and ROI.
- Deliver and provide feedback on selected psychometric assessments at individual and team level.
- Professional qualification in organisational psychology/training or learning and development is essential, with manufacturing experience.
- Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent
- Preference for qualified Coach and psychometric qualification, particularly Insights
