LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Process Cleaning Rep to join a Limerick based Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with next-gen manufacturing technologies, advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will result in safety and quality improvements, increased productivity, and variability reduction.
If you have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment and ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Authoring and generation of cleaning protocols and summary reports to support cleaning program activities
- Execution of cleaning validation protocols, in conjunction with Cleaning SME and other functions (e.g. operations, engineering, QA etc.)
- Author and/or revise cleaning procedures and associated work instructions
- Provide technical support on cleaning deviations/events and assist in root cause analysis, as required.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Technical knowledge of cleaning equipment (CIP skids, Parts washers, etc.) and cleaning regimes (chemical, re-circulated washing, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital systems such as MES and Kneat
- Knowledge of qualification/validation requirements and good documentation practices
