About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Scheduler to join our Small Molecule & Peptides Materials Management team. In this role, you'll be at the centre of manufacturing operations, ensuring materials are planned, prepared, and available to support production campaigns safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, QC, and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in keeping manufacturing activities on track, solving scheduling challenges, and ensuring materials move seamlessly from receipt through to production.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate material sampling, dispensing, repacking, and splitting activities.
- Ensure materials are available and ready to support manufacturing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to manage inventory and minimise risks to production schedules.
- Support material dispensing and warehouse activities in line with GMP and SOP requirements.
- Manage inventory transactions and reporting through SAP.
- Participate in stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and act as a key contact for materials scheduling.
- Maintain the highest standards of GMP, quality, safety, and compliance.
