- Provide technical Support to column packing operations to maintain production schedule.
- Investigate and optimize column packing operations.
- Coordinating release of manufacturing PO's with MES and QA departments
- Coordinating release of chromatography columns to the manufacturing suites
- Maintain accurate Work Instructions, MES batch records, TrackWise and TruVault documentation.
- Facilitate/coordinate the introductions of NPI's from column packing perspective.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with MES, Trackwise, TruVault, DeltaV, Unicorn, SAP, LIM's, SCADA, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Process engineering/ Commissioning and qualification experience.
