LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Learning Specialist to join a Cork based Biopharmaceutical company. The site manufactures low volume bulk API for Phase III clinical trials, initial product launch and long-term market support. The team on site grow, purify, formulate, and bulk fill mammalian cell culture derived APIs for medicines intended for human use.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a structured external training process aligned with site goals, Standard Work Processes (SWP), career pathways, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Curate and maintain an approved list of recommended training offerings and vendors.
- Implement central oversight and monitoring of training spend and execution.
- Establish a feedback loop from trainees to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to leverage government business supports and grants, such as IDA grants.
- Provide support for training record entry and assignment requests.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Learning & development, Life Sciences, Education, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in training development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
