LSC have a great contract opportunity for a OEE Engineer to join a leading medical device company based in Limerick.

If you have 3+ years experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!

The companies FDA regulated Limerick facility has grown consistently over the last 20 years to become one of the most important sites in its global operations. This facility specialises in the production of disposable contact lenses in a state of the art operation which includes injection moulding, robotics, vision systems and sterilisation systems in a Class 100,000 cleanroom environment.

About the project: OEE Engineer key responsibilites
o Cycle-time analysis of the Production Line in order to optimize the through-put of the Line.
o Up-time analysis of the Production Line in order to optimize IPC (Intrinsic Process Capability)
o Down-time analysis of the Production Line in order to optimize IPC.
o Pareto analysis of the Production Line in order to determine the frequency and duration of downtimes and implement IPC plans to close out/reduce the issues identified.
o Yield analysis of the Production Line in order to optimize IPC.
o Strong analytical approach to problem solving to deliver innovative solutions. Engage with the appropriate personnel in the identification and resolution of Corrective/Preventative actions to address Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing issues.
o Project Management – Accurate planning, timely delivery and reporting for all IPC deliverables.

About you: Are your skills a match?
o Must be Degree Qualified
o 3+ years experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry environments
