LSC have a great contract opportunity for an Engineering Systems Administrator to join a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Dublin.
If you have min 2-3 years, exposure in Maintenance, Facilities or General Engineering environment and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!
ABOUT THE PROJECT – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Maintaining the Computerised Maintenance Management System by adherence to all relevant SOP’s, policies and cGMP requirements.
o Act as a subject matter expert for the site CMMS, Infor EAM.
o Issue and maintain key performance metrics for the Engineering department.
o Input all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and calibration tasks in accordance with site policies and procedures.
o Proactively ensuring that all Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities are carried out according to EHS regulations and procedures.
o Ensure the CMMS is maintained correctly, verification of all data entered.
o Creation of all Equipment & Instrument Assets (Criticality Assessments / Tag Number Creation / Generation of PM & Calibration Routines)
o Processing / Generation of all Planned Maintenance & Calibration Activities on a Monthly Basis
o Development of key Reliability Metrics (KPI’s)
ABOUT YOU – ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
o Degree / Diploma in Science / Engineering
o 2-4 years’ experience working within a facilities, maintenance and calibration environment in a cGMP commercial manufacturing environment.
o Prior experience with CMMS and Computerised Calibration Systems.
