LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join a global Biopharmaceutical company in Cork. The facility specialises in the fermentation, purification and sterile filling of biotech products, as well as supporting product development and clinical trials.

ABOUT THE PROJECT – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible and accountable for the safe accomplishment of daily activities within the maintenance department, whilst following all statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site and department practices and procedures.
o Ensures compliance by ensuring that the required maintenance (quality, ehs and statutory) works are completed as per required dates.
o Prepare the weekly maintenance schedule as required from the site CMMS system.
o Ensure that required materials required for all scheduled works are available.
o Arrange and organize any specialized aids such as scaffolding, SME resource etc required to assist with the execution of the planned schedule.
o Engages with production to ensure that the required time to execute maintenance is built into the production schedules.
o Delivers analysis of the weekly KPIs for the dept.
ABOUT YOU – ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
o Trades qualified, or have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
o 3+ Years working in a similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment
