We are seeking a Graduate People & Operations Associate to join our team through the LSC People & Operations Graduate Programme.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple business functions while developing a strong understanding of contractor management, consultant experience, recruitment, business operations and client support.
The Role
The Graduate People & Operations Associate will support a number of key functions across the business while participating in a structured 12-month development programme.
The role provides exposure to:
- Finance
- Contracts & Compliance
- Consultant Experience & Employee Engagement
- Resourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Account Management
- Marketing & Commercial Support
Throughout the programme, the successful candidate will work closely with experienced team members while supporting the day-to-day delivery of operational activities across the business.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting consultant onboarding and engagement activities
- Managing contractor and compliance documentation
- Assisting with contract administration and extensions
- Supporting timesheet, payroll and finance administration processes
- Supporting candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
- Coordinating consultant and candidate communications
- Maintaining business systems and databases
- Supporting client, account management and marketing initiatives
- Assisting with reporting and operational projects
- Providing general administrative support across multiple departments

Qualifications
Essential
- Third-level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline
