Fractional Project Manager (AI & Digital Transformation)
Contract - 1 day per week for 6 months
€600 per day
We are current seeking a fractional Project Manager to lead a critical phase of internal digital and AI initiatives.
We have a strong pipeline of work ready to be delivered. The priority now is execution. We need someone who can bring structure, pace, and accountability to ensure projects are completed.
Key responsibilities
- Drive delivery of multiple internal digital and AI projects
- Create clear plans, milestones, and ownership across teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across recruitment, sales, finance, operations.
- Lead systems integration work across existing tools and processes
- Identify risks and remove blockers early
- Establish consistent project governance and reporting
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong experience in systems integration and digital transformation
- Background in recruitment, professional services, or sales-led environments
- Experience delivering AI or automation-related initiatives
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and enforce accountability
- Hands-on and delivery-focused
