LSC have a great contract opportunity for a EOHSS Advisor (Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety & Sustainability) to join a Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that can help patients overcome serious diseases and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's health, safety, quality and environmental policy, procedures and management systems, and apply corporate standards.
- Advise the project team on site on how best to comply with legislation and company procedures
- Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on site with Project Management, Sub-contractors and direct staff, with an ability to motivate and encourage towards set goals
- Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
- Ensure the duties of PSCS are being fulfilled by appointed contractors
- Monitor EOHSS compliance on site generating weekly inspections & reports
- Liaise with Onsite Project team, and design team as required.
Duties & Requirements
- You should have a recognised Health & Safety qualification
- Experience in an EOHSS role
- Previous experience within the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Must have experience working with a PSCS contractor.
- Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability and willingness to work on own initiative but also capable of working as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
- Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management.
