Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and driven Procurement Administrator to provide administrative support and compliance to the existing procurement team. This role could also suit a strong administrator looking to move into procurement. This role will be heavily admin-focused and requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in SAP would be ideal, and the ability to manage documentation efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential.
Duties:
- General administrative tasks
- Supporting the procurement team
- Document management
- Processing purchase orders
- Maintaining records
Experience
- 1-2 years experience procurement admin experience preferred
- Or someone with strong existing administration experience looking to expand into the pharmaceutical space and work at a highly reputable company.
