LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.
If you have 5 years of experience years in construction management/engineering within in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you!
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Construction management including planning/scoping and execution, prioritization, resources management, status management and external communication.?
- Working with various stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating project progress and challenges to these stakeholders.
- Lead day to day construction management of project works.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that installations and deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Strategic solution seeking to complex project phasing and execution issues. The Construction Manager will be responsible for their project from concept, through design, construction, commissioning and operation?
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Relevant Experience?
- Typically,?5+ years construction management/engineering experience, in the biotechnology industry / aseptic pharmaceutical environment
- Proven construction management experience from project inception through to handover
- Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment advantageous.?
- Solid leadership skillset and experience working in a team environment, embracing an?interdependent working culture that delivers results?
- Technical report writing and communication/presentation skills?
- Data driven decision maker?
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment?
