LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Construction Manager to join an innovative and rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company in Limerick.

Construction Manager to lead, co-ordinate and deliver projects on-site in Limerick supporting and optimizing throughout.
ABOUT THE PROJECT - EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
Role Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrate, promote and acknowledge positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site, Identify and prevent unsafe behaviors, defects.
- Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred but not essential
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Construction, Civil or related field).
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, ideally on ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
