LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Capital Procurement Analyst to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage Procurement activity on Capital projects
- Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ's for Site Capital Projects Group
- Negotiate and set-up Contracts
- Maintain Supplier Relationship Management process for Capital vendors
- Update and maintain Project Tracker Files.
- Maintain procurement documentation
- Assist in resolving invoicing issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy procurement environment.
- Previous experience in managing capital projects in a pharmaceutical environment essential (construction, capital equip, lab equip);
- Experience with negotiating and drafting capital contracts essential;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Comfortable working alone, or as part of a multi functional team;
- Good SAP experience, creating and updating Purchase Orders, reports etc ;
- Microsoft office skills are essential;
- Good communication skills, liaising with all levels across the organisation
- IIPMM or equivalent preferred
