LSC have a great contract opportunity for an Asset Management Engineer to join a Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that can help patients overcome serious diseases and improve their quality of life.
Overview
The Asset Management Engineer will act as a main point of contact for all project related asset management lifecycle activities, including execution of asset criticality assessments, managing the collation and verification of asset data, impact assessments of change controls, and ensuring equipment handover meets the appropriate standards and specifications.
Key Responibilities
- Responsible for facilitation of Asset criticality assessments
- Impact assessment of project change controls from and Asset Mgmt. perspective.
- Responsible for completion of asset data build and transfer to CMMS team for upload
- Responsible for ensuring handover requirements are met from an Asset Mgmt. & Reliability perspective.
- Responsible for ensuring local and global engineering and Asst Mgmt standards are adhered to during asset set up and handover
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification with minimum 8-10 years experience, preferably in Projects/Asset management
- Project Engineering/ Commissioning experience required, ideally on large capital projects
- Strong understanding of all aspects of project delivery, equip handover and asset management
- The ability to communicate to and manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast moving project environment.
