What You'll Do:
- Own the analytical method transfer and verification protocols, coordinating directly with QC teams.
- Interface with sending-site analytical/QC functions to secure method packages, reference standards, and comparator data.
- Plan and track analytical transfer schedules in sync with overall process transfer timelines.
- Support investigations into analytical discrepancies encountered during method transfer or verification.
- Contribute analytical risk insights to overall product transfer risk assessments such as FMEA.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a QC/analytical role within a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
- Proven experience with analytical method transfer or verification processes.
- Working knowledge of analytical method validation/transfer principles (e.g., ICH Q2) and GMP documentation standards.
- Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Direct experience managing analytical technology transfer trackers or leading method transfers for sterile injectables.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques like sterility testing, endotoxin, particulate matter, and container-closure integrity.
- Experience working with technical transfer teams such as Tech Transfer/NPI, Regulatory Affairs, and QC/Analytical.
