We're looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic Account Management team in Kinsale. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong client relationships, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for client queries and play a key role in managing the daily flow of information, vacancies, and consultant management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with client contacts
- Acting as a trusted partner within the client's organization
- Supporting departmental goals and collaborating with the Account Management team
- Driving continuous improvement in service delivery for clients, consultants, and staff
- Ensuring client needs and performance requirements are met through efficient processes
- Supporting finance and onboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating process documents (SOPs, training materials, etc.)
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Experienced in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Holds a 3rd level qualification in a scientific, technical, or business discipline (advantageous but not essential)
