What you’ll be doing day to day
- You’ll work closely with LSC’s key clients, building good working relationships to best understand current and upcoming project recruitment and business needs
- You’ll act as an ambassador for clients internally, providing client updates & sharing knowledge with the recruitment team to ensure clients’ business needs are understood, prioritised & delivered
- You’ll take ownership for client-side administration in relation to scheduling consultant interviews, onboarding, performance feedback and contract negotiations
- You will manage all client communications on behalf of multiple departments across LSC, ensuring a best-in-class customer service is delivered
- You’ll organise client meetings to deliver presentations on LSC’s performance, seek feedback to improve service delivery and identify opportunities to grow business on client sites
