LSC has an exciting opportunity for an API EM Supply Chain / Customer Services Associateto join a pharmaceutical company in Cork. This will be a dynamic environment that is constantly innovating, relies on cutting-edge technology to deliver life-saving medicines. You will be working in a site that supplies active ingredients through complex chemical synthesis and biotechnology manufacturing processes for a range of therapeutics.
API EM Supply Chain / Customer Services Associate
Responsibilities:
- Support External Manufacturing (API EM) across supply chain execution, data stewardship, and project management
- Act as a key tactical partner to Joint Process Teams overseeing contract manufacturing partners
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery
- Execute SAP transactions including Purchase Orders, inventory management, and master data updates
- Provide customer service support to internal and external API EM customers
- Own New Item Code (NIC) creation and SAP master data governance
- Support inventory reconciliation, slow-moving/obsolete inventory reporting, and metric generation
- Coordinate logistics and shipments to/from global contract manufacturing sites
- Apply project management principles to support new product, new supplier, and onboarding initiatives
- Collaborate with continuous improvement teams to drive supply chain excellence
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree
- 3+ years' experience in a SAP-focused planning or data role within a GMP environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and SAP (PP/MRP preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
