LSC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Supply Chain Lead to join a pharmaceutical company in Cork. You will be working in a site that supplies active ingredients through complex chemical synthesis and biotechnology manufacturing processes for a range of therapeutics.
Title: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Customer Services
An opportunity is available for a Senior Associate, Supply Chain Customer Service to manage customer relationships and end-to-end supply chain activities across a global manufacturing network. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers across Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing orders, logistics, invoicing, and communication
Coordinate order processing, distribution, and shipping in line with country-specific requirements
Manage replenishment planning, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation using SAP/APO
Maintain customer contracts, working procedures, and order documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, internal controls, and policies
Support supply interruption activities including returns, recalls, and allocations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
Key Requirements:
Third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
Experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, or operational roles
Strong SAP and MS Excel skills
Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience:
Pharmaceutical contract or toll manufacturing
GMP/GDP-regulated environments
Experience working in a multinational or global supply chain setting
