ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously follow-up on schedules form contractor and/or managing contractor in collaboration with Project Service.
- Overseeing the EPCM.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Continuously follow-up on finances in collaboration with Project Service
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Experienced Construction Manager.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
- Client side experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on CAPEx projects of at least 1Bn.
