LSC have a great opportunity for a People Development Professional to join our team in Cork.

If you have a Professional Qualification in Organizational Psychology/Training/Learning and Development/Human Resource development essential and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The primary role of the People Development Professional is to manage people development operations across our site.
  • This includes collaborating with Senior Management in the execution and delivery of the site-wide L&D strategy and people management responsibilities for the People Development Team.
  • Drive strategically the ongoing development and execution of the site L&D Strategy
  • Drive the ongoing development and growth the People Development function and capabilities.
  • Own, deliver and further develop our internal L&D programme content
  • Deliver Global Leadership Development Programmes.


ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?

  • Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent
  • Psychometric qualification an advantage
