ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The primary role of the People Development Professional is to manage people development operations across our site.
- This includes collaborating with Senior Management in the execution and delivery of the site-wide L&D strategy and people management responsibilities for the People Development Team.
- Drive strategically the ongoing development and execution of the site L&D Strategy
- Drive the ongoing development and growth the People Development function and capabilities.
- Own, deliver and further develop our internal L&D programme content
- Deliver Global Leadership Development Programmes.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Training delivery and evaluation (previously Train the trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent
- Psychometric qualification an advantage
