LSC has an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager & Workforce Engagement professional to join a pharmaceutical company in Cork. Overview:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of LSC services to our clients, with a strong focus on people management, HR practices, and team performance. This role is pivotal in enhancing the client experience by leading a high-performing team, managing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and GMP standards.
This position is primarily based on client sites, overseeing the day-to-day performance, development, and wellbeing of LSC colleagues deployed on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the on-site team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for all on-site employees, handling queries, supporting employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, and support career development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR or people management roles, ideally within a GMP or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving performance.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Experience in handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams.
