LSC are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team based in our Kinsale office.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for making sure that LSC services to our clients are being seamlessly delivered. They are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading projects, meeting SLA's, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. The Service Delivery Manager plays a vital role in boosting the client experience by ensuring the smooth delivery by LSC of services that meet and exceed LSC's agreed service delivery milestones and KPI's with our clients.
This role will be largely based on our clients site(s) managing the performance and oversight of a team of LSC colleagues based on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The overall accountability and responsibility for the management, delivery, and control of all operational activity.
- Plan, organise and manage the delivery of all services within the operational business area.
- Ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement, KPIs and compliance within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved.
- Manage the operational team on site to the required specifications including performance.
- Ensure GMP standards detailed in the SLA, KPIs are met, and the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved.
- Manage all aspects of performance of an assigned group of direct reporting colleagues.
- Point of contact for Human Resource Queries for employees.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Previous experience of working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)/manufacturing environment would be a significant advantage.
- People management skills including general HR skills in training and managing employee performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Experience of managing a team with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and experience in the implementation of these within the manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
