LSC have a great contract opportunity for a C&Q Engineer to join a leading Limerick based pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in the Biotech sector, with expertise in Delta V and KNEAT systems. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and oversee commissioning and qualification activities for Biotech manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Develop and review C&Q documentation, including commissioning protocols, qualification protocols, and reports.
- Support Delta V automation system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure full utilization and documentation management through the KNEAT system.
- Perform FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ activities to ensure equipment meets specifications and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of C&Q experience within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise with Delta V automation systems.
- Proficient in using KNEAT for document management and execution.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GAMP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
