POSITION SUMMARY:
Support serialization data operational challenges affecting Global client sites, CMOs and 3PLs. Lead effort to analyze and mitigate serialized data challenges. Support initiatives to develop a digitization strategy to enable faster and effective decision-making. Provides SME in serialization data management, support data work stream for various serialization implementations, as well as provide ongoing continuous improvement support to sustain the serialization regulatory focused on US / EU. Provide training for on-boarding new employees as needed.
ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and maintain serialization operations workstream. Assure overall serialization transactional data operations objectives are achieved (e.g., right first time). Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functional areas (e.g., Logistics, O2C, Master Data and Packaging for internal / external, Quality, IT). Responsible for assisting in maintaining technical solutions to ensure timely compliance with all serialized market transaction requirements. Provides requirements, from markets, pilots, and corrective action to IT for new capabilities and ensures requirements have been met. Takes ownership of the Business Process documentation (i.e., changes to the process must be approved by the owner)
- Takes ownership of and leads coordination of data management, clean up and standardization capabilities. Manage daily serialization data operational issues for commercial products. Respond to serialized transactional data exception by investigating trading partner request, determining root cause and mitigate where necessary; follow up by responding to requestor.
- Sets up required master data attributes such as GS1 Prefix, GLN numbers, GTINs, EAN# & NHRN#s, EMVS attributes & shares with SC partners as required, to support regulatory requirements.
- Analyzes and addresses data transfer issues across different systems. Develops, manages reports to monitor accuracy and timeliness of data flow across multiple systems.
- Perform Technical assessments resulting from a failed verification or Level 5 Alert arising from a Quality event. Support serial number decommissioning requests following procedural controls.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- BA or BS degree in Business, supply chain management or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years total business experience, pharmaceutical, serialization and/or supply chain logistics, Order to Cash experience with at least 2 yrs. in data or data operation related area.
- Solid understanding of key relationships, dependencies, and interfaces among business units, IT, and external partners.
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems and serialization systems like SAP ATTP, Trace Link etc.
