LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Operational Excellence Specialist/Business Consultant to join a leading biotech company based in Dublin.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy and coach the teams on 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, Task Breakdown Sheets, Leader Standardized Work, Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping.
- Partner with the Global team to deploy Target Conditions to the Warehouse including the deployment of Tier, 5S, value stream mapping, Leader Standard Work, 8 - Step Problem-Solving and Operational Excellence Tools.
- Partner with the Global team to deploy Operational Excellence ways of working in Micro Labs.
- Project Management of Target Condition Projects.
- Update on our Production System at Tier 5 Governance.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Bachelor of Science in Science, Engineering or Equivalent
- A masters or MBA is desired
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader Qualification is desired
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a highly regulated industry
