LSC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant Coordinator to join a pharmaceutical company in Denmark. You will be working in a site that supplies active ingredients through complex chemical synthesis and biotechnology manufacturing processes for a range of therapeutics. ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The person assists the project team effectively, by providing the necessary administrative tools (equipment, plans, procedures, contact lists, action item / needs lists, training, etc.).
- Project Management Office - Tasks:
- Onboarding of new resources, setting up systems, mail groups, update org. charts, IT requests etc.
- Project administration: File sharing, office, and facility services, developing project specific procedures/guidelines.
- PA - Tasks: Ad hoc support:
- Communication material to establish transparent and coherent communication to increase effectiveness in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation coordination: Planning & follow up.
- Coordination of meetings, events, seminars
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - providing support at a high level.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking.
- Experience within administration function, supporting and coordinating within large organizations.
