Our flexibility policy is based on inclusivity, connectivity, wellbeing, health & safety, and personal effectiveness.
Hybrid working
As a people focused company, we know the value of bringing people together in the workplace.
Replicating the camaraderie, innovation and learnings that come from face-to-face interactions is near impossible, however we understand the benefits to be gained from more flexibility and time working from home. Our hybrid work policy allows employees request a mix of office and home working to best suit their work/life balance.
Flexi times
To suit employees’ personal circumstances, we offer flexible start and finish times aligned to business needs & core office hours.
Work from anywhere weeks
More freedom to travel – For up to 2 weeks of the year, employees can request to work from anywhere in the world!
Annual leave purchase scheme
To provide employees with additional flexibility in respect of planned time off work we have implemented an annual leave purchase scheme in addition to allocated annual leave.
Making on-site meetings matter
We want employees to get the most value from being on-site. We have reconfigured our office spaces and schedules to encourage collaborative workshops with colleagues while in the office and more focus time when at home.
Technology to promote connectivity
To ensure those working remotely still feel included and connected with colleagues, we have invested heavily in new systems to ensure employees have access to team chats, live updates, in office presentations and more.
Training to work remotely
Having access to the right information at the right time regardless of location is integral to successful remote working. We are continuously updating our Learning Management Systems so employees can easily access training modules to promote effective hybrid working!
** Our flexible working policy applies to internal office employees who have passed probation, new hire training and induction is currently carried out on-site
