HR Duo

What is HR Duo?

HR Duo is the system used to submit and track consultant leave at LSC. This is being introduced for two main reasons.
  1. Annual leave (and other leave e.g sick leave): HR Duo makes it easy to request and track leave, with instant visibility and quick manager approval. Simply request leave at the click of a button!
  2. Goals and Objectives: HR Duo provides a single, easy‑to‑use place to track goals and objectives, supporting clear performance conversations and ongoing development (supported by Rachel O’Riordan).

What HR Duo will be Used For

  • Requesting annual leave
  • Reviewing your annual leave balance
  • Submitting sick leave and other leave
  • Tracking goals and objectives (supported by Rachel O’Riordan)

Please note: If you are an LTD Consultant you are encouraged to request annual leave AND sick leave through HR Duo to make it easier for your manager to acknowledge / approve the request. Your annual leave balance will always show as zero.

What you Must Do Going Forward

✅ All annual leave and sick leave must be logged / submitted in HR Duo
❌ Do not use BrightPay Connect
❌ Do not email leave requests to LSC – either annual leave or emailing LSC to let us know if you are out sick

Once you submit a request in HR Duo:

  • Your manager is notified instantly of the request
  • Leave can be reviewed and approved quickly from your manager

Your manager will be set-up on HR Duo and informed of this change.

If you are sick, please ensure you notify your manager that morning AND log your sick leave in HR Duo. HR Duo also has an app so please ensure that you download the app so you can submit sick leave while you are out. 

What is Not Changing

For the moment, please continue to submit your timesheets exactly as you do today. The only addition is that you need to use HR Duo when you are requesting leave.

Login Details & Password Reset

You will receive a welcome email from HR Duo. This will contain access and login details. If you didn’t recieve a welcome email, please email [email protected].

HR Duo also has an app that you can download to your phone by going to the Google Play Store for Android devices, or the App Store for Apple devices. You can use this app to book leave.
